A few days ago, we gave a first look at these new expedition ships showing the different features of the vessels. Now, we want to highlight the different itineraries that will be offered on Viking Polaris and Viking Octantis.

The itineraries offered on Viking Expeditions will vary from 44 days to eight night sailings. The ships will sail to Antarctica, the Arctic, the Great Lakes, the Caribbean, Brazil, and Ireland and Scotland.
Here is a rundown of the 12 different itineraries that will be offered on Viking Expeditions from 2022-2023:
Antarctic Explorer (13 days; Buenos Aires to Ushuaia) – This ultimate adventure takes you into the heart of the Antarctic peninsula, where you will see where penguins and seals compress the cycle of life into a short season; hike on “The Last Continent” with your expedition leader for insight into the extreme geology of the dramatic landscape; and watch whales breach and glaciers calve into the sea from the comfort of your ship.
