Royal Caribbean’s first cruise since March will depart in 10 days out of Singapore. Quantum of the Seas will be the cruise line’s first cruise ship to return to service since the cruise shutdown.
Quantum of the Seas will offer three and four night cruises out of Singapore. The ship will remain at sea for the duration of the cruises and will not visit any ports. Royal Caribbean has the cruises to nowhere on the ship scheduled through March 2021.
Quantum of the Seas will sail at 50% capacity and all passengers will be tested before they board the cruise ship. The ship will also offer 100% fresh, filtered air and medical grade cleaning standard will be offered on board.
Royal Caribbean is calling these an “Ocean Getaway Cruise”. Quantum of the Seas is jammed packed with things to do so ports really aren’t needed on the short cruises. The cruise ship features a sky diving simulator, a Flowrider, bumper cars, robot bartenders, The North Star, and tons of entertainment and dining options.
Prices start at $349 SDG per person.
Quantum of the Seas was Royal Caribbean’s first Quantum class ship and was truly a groundbreaking vessel for the cruise industry. The ship has been in service since 2014 and has sailed all around the world.
Royal Caribbean will be second cruise line to resume cruises out of Singapore.
